Northern Voices                                       

In 2011 a new choir was formed to build on and continue the excellent choral traditions in the North East and North Yorkshire region. We are called 'Northern Voices'. During 2011 the Choir performed three very well received concerts and during 2012 we are looking to build on this early success.

Northern Voices is made up of 36+ members with Musical Director, Gillian Sild and accompanist, Stephen Sild. We rehearse every Monday evening at Harrowgate Hill Methodist Church in Darlington.

Northern Voices is looking to offer a mixed repertoire including modern and classical pieces as well as major choral works. We are looking for new members, especially male voices and we are looking for venues to perform in 2012 and beyond.
